1. What is the Grand Prize?

  2. Which Smart Solutions products can I purchase to qualify to enter?

    You can purchase any participating Smart Solutions product to qualify for an entry. See full Contest Rules & Regulations for a full list of Participating Products.

  3. Can I enter multiple proof of purchases?

    Yes, you may enter multiple unique proof of purchases, but they must be uploaded separately. Submission photos that include more than one proof of purchase will be rejected.

  4. Where can I purchase qualifying Smart Solutions by Lorna Vanderhaeghe products?

    You may purchase Smart Solutions products at www.SmartSolutions.com, or at any participating Canadian retailer (in-store or online) where Smart SolutionsTM products are sold. For a full list of participating retailers, please see the Contest Rules & Regulations.

  5. When is the last day to submit the receipt?

    The last day to submit your receipt is November 6, 2020 at 11:59:59 PM (EST). But remember, purchases must be made between September 14 and October 31st, 2020, so the date on your receipt must fall within that window.

  6. When is the prize draw?

    The drawing for the Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes will occur between November 9 and December 4, 2020. Potential winners will be contacted by phone or email, and will have up to 5 business days to correctly answer a mathermatical skill-testing question and return the provided release form in order to be deemed a winner. If potential winners do not respond within 5 business days, they will forfeit the prize(s) and we will randomly select another winner.

  7. Do I need to keep my receipt once I’ve uploaded a photo?

    Yes, please keep your receipt in case the photo you submit cannot be processed for any reason, as we will request that you submit another photo of that receipt in order to award you your entries.

  8. How many times can I submit the same valid receipt?

    You can submit a valid receipt only once.

  9. Why does it say to upload each receipt separately?

    If you upload more than one receipt in a single submission, your submission will be rejected.

  10. How do I submit a proof of purchase from an online retailer?

    Upload a clear photo of your Shipping, Delivery or Pick-Up Confirmation record that includes the following information:

    1. Date your order was placed
    2. Date your order was shipped
    3. Quantity of participating Smart SolutionsTM items purchased
    4. Total dollar value of participating Smart SolutionsTM items purchased
    5. Payment details
    6. Billing address
    7. Shipping address
  11. What happens after I submit my proof of purchase?

    First, you will receive a submission confirmation email with a reference number for that submission. Within 72 hours, we will send you a second email either confirming that your submission was accepted, or a reason why we could not validate your proof of purchase at this time. If we could not validate your proof of purchase, we will invite you to submit another photo.

  12. How do I know if my proof of purchase submission has been received?

    Each time you upload a proof of purchase, you will receive a confirmation number on the website and through email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox please check your spam or junk folders or any other folder that your provider may have automatically set up within your account or you can visit the offer website and check the status of your requests by logging into your profile.

  13. Why are “Entries Requested” different from “Entries Awarded” on my profile?

    This is caused by a partially accepted submissions. It means a submission will result in the delivery of a message that confirms (i) the number of rewards you qualified for, and (ii) the rejection reason(s) for others. This will occur in a scenario where the number of entries requested on submission do not match the number of products purchased on the proof of purchase submitted.

  14. How are winners selected?

    Potential winners are selected by a random draw and will be contacted between November 9 and December 4, 2020. Participants will be given entries based on the number of participating Smart Solutions products they have purchased. For example, if you purchased 5 participating products, you will receive 5 entries into the prize drawing. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of participants/entries in the promotion.

  15. How will winners by notified?

    Potential winners will be contacted by telephone or emai between November 9 and December 4, 2020. They will have up to 5 business days to correctly answer a mathermatical skill-testing question and return the provided release form. If potential winners do not respond within 5 business days, or if they incorrectly answer the skill testing question, another potential winner will be selected.

  16. What if my proof of purchase doesn’t fit in the photo?

    If you cannot fit all required information into one photo, upload a second image of the remaining information, using the “Upload another image” link.

  17. Who can I contact if I have questions?

  18. How do I enter via the No Purchase Entry method?

    By visiting SmartSolutionsContest.com/no-purchase-entry during the Contest Period and while in a logged-in state and clicking the appropriate button to request a one-time use No-Purchase Entry Personal Identification Number ("NPE PIN"). Once the No Purchase Entry Request has been submitted, the unique NPE PIN will be displayed on-screen and delivered by email to the email address used to register, along with instructions for completing the No Purchase Entry Request. NPE PINs are only valid for one No Purchase Entry Request, so if multiple No Purchase Entry Requests are submitted, one NPE PIN must be requested and submitted as part of each. Limit of one NPE PIN request per day per person during the Contest Priod. You must then submit a unique handwritten original (not photocopied) 50 word (minimum) essay on, "What brand(s) of vitamins do you purchase and why?" (an "Essay") and reference your unique NPE PIN on a single piece of paper, in a self-addressed envelope to: Wellness Begins Here Contest 2020 c/o 1855 Accelerator 400 Centre St. South Whitby, ON L1N 4W2 (the "Contest Address"). Each No Purchase Entry Request must contain an Original Essay, a valid NPE PIN, must be enclosed in a separate envelope bearing sufficient postage and be received before the Contest Closing Date in order to qualify for one (1) Entry into the Contest (each a "No Purchase Entry").
